How can I earn credits?

You can earn credits by answering questions. The credits offered for a question are distributed between all the members that gave helpful answers. As soon as you reach a higher rank within Lycos iQ, you will receive a bonus from the system, rewarding you for your contributions to the community. Additionally, other members can transfer credits to you. This can happen as a reward for a very helpful answer or just as a gift.

What can I do with my earned credits?

The credits you earned can be used for asking new questions. The more credits you offer, the more members will be motivated to give a good answer. Additionally, you can transfer credits to other members as a reward for a very helpful answer, or as a gift..

How can I transfer credits to another member?

1. Click on transfer credits in the members profile.
2. Type in the number of credits you want to transfer.
3. You can add a personal message to the transfer that the other member will receive in the iQLog.
4. Click on transfer credits.
