Cosmoplolitan has issues in: USA, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America and South Africa as well as the UK. They run their own promotions and marketing as well as having individual fashion spreads are articles. They are all aimed at the same demographic (ABC1 ,female, mid to late twenties) but the editions are suited to their own market. So, in fact, they are very different.
