I suppose you know wich web hotel you are using and what e-mail address you are registered under.
Ask their support to mail you the required info.

Since you're asking here, I assume that you have created this web page in Lycos. LycosIQ is a seperate entity and has no connection with the rest of Lycos. Follow this link to Lycos Tripod, which is the web design section of Lycos http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/ copy

You will need your username and password that you logged on with when you created the web pages. If you do not know these, follow the link for a password remonder. Once you have logged back in, you should be able to retrieve your saved page(s).

If you still have problems you can select help from the left hand menu on the Tripod screen or send a question to an experienced user on the right hand side of the screen.

If you did not create the web pages with Tripod then we can be of little further help

Whether you have your site hosted by Lycos or elsewhere, it would be interesting to note that it is a good idea to have a complete setup of your site on your computer. When everything works as you wish, then it takes you two minutes to upload the revised pages to the site. If the host dies in the mean time, well, you just try again in 15 minutes. There will be no need to worry about loss of pages.
