I have answered within one minute on several occasions. btsidi did so often but that was due to the fact that his alter-ego was asking the questions! Sad thing was, some of them were wrong although rated as TOP!

one minute is more common than you'd think, even though it may be less than a minute. i think the system rounds it up.
