Whats wrong with my laptop?

Everytime i try to open a new tab or go to my email account it disconnects from the internet. Then i have to re-connect but it always takes three attempts before it will connect again.

Shut the thing down completely, make sure to go offline before you do that, give it a tad and then re-boot.
