where can i find some beige/magnolia coloured flexible wire covers for an ill-used phone cable to make it look better?

there's a company that supplies what i need, but only in that colourway in $300 spools. it needs to be that colour to blend with the surroundings. it's to cover the phone cable which is bound to the wall, it's been gloss painted over many many times, its original colour is black. i really don't want to have to paint it again, and i thought a simple wrap-around cover would be easy to find...

does anyone know where i can find about eight feet of this stuff?
