HOW LONG?

HOW MANY MONTHS DOES IT TAKE THE HOME OFFICE TO DECIDE ABOUT INDEFINATE STAY?

APPLICATION WAS SUBMITT IN APRIL 2006 AFTER 15YEARS STAY IN THE UK.

THE APPLICATION WAS FERERED TO A CASE WORKER ON THE 06 JUNE 2006?

The question is best directed at the department responsible for making that decision. Each case is treated on it's individual merit so, I imagine, there is no hard and fast rule which applies.
