It's actually a song called Shastye by Cabernet Deneuve, a Russian Ska band. Can't find a vid but here's a song called Mandavoshki or Мандавошки by them. Google that word, see what you find. Shastye means luck BTW and is available by email upon request. Sonne by Rammstein is a close second.

It's more of a Dance track than a song. Turn the Tide by the Belgium Duo Sylver. It was massive throughout Europe in 2001. It's awsome.
