Can you explain the Quantum Theory to me in a REALLY EASY and SIMPLE explanation?

Quantum Satis (abbreviation qs or QS) is a Latin term meaning The amount which is needed.The same goes for the Quantum Theory.
(Simple,isn't it?)

To be honest: No!
Even Scientist seems to have problems to understand it completly and Albert Einstein had problems with it.
Best guess: ANYTHING is possible
