I agree with some of the views expressed however, for this case to have even gone to the the royal high court of justice there must have been a huge amount substantial evidence that could cause al fayed opinion. Not even money could have got this case to court.
Nah - all it takes is a significant amount of cash and a relatively good PR machine. Al Fayed dropped the "conspiracy" aspect in the last week of the inquest (out of earshot of the jurors, it should be noted) after it was pointed out to him that he had absolutely no evidence beyond his own opinion http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7326311.stm copy
