I have a Kool'n'Soothe gel sheet on my forehead....

My nose has gone numb! is this normal?
It doesn't say anything on the packet....

Its probably just a numbing of the nerves due to the coldness but take it off until you have checked with the pharmacy, I cant find that listed as a contraindication for use.

I did find these sites. Maybe they are a bit to cold for you. therefore you are expericancing a Numb Nose. here is what i found. hope this helps.

avoid direct contact with the eyes and nostrils. When used on very young children, use only under adult supervision

Tracie, there is another way and cost nowt to soothe headaches ect.
And thats the Contract and Constrict method, this is used mainly on sprains ect, but still works for bad headaches.
Cold frozen peas, placed on head, then soak a hot flannel in hot water. keep doing this till it eases. this helps the blood flow quicker and can ease headaches. Its an old method and it does work.
