my nighttime is getting better. i'm usualy in bed by 2am. f hours erlier than the past. i still get the odd night where i can't sleep especialy if it's hot and humid. my getting up time is about the same. 9amish, work gives me extra incentive. plus other things. i still might nap when i get home from work at about 1pm. just a couple of hours.

i should do because it helps regulate mood swings... but i don't. i get up when i want, except on a wednesday when i get rudely awoken by the dustmen.

(hehehe)

seriously though, when left to my own devices and assuming i've been taking my thyroxine, i have a natural waking up time of between half ten and half eleven - winter or summer. it's also independent of when i went to sleep.

I have always been better in the mornings than in the afternoons and my best time of the day is when I get up early. As I have got older I have found that I rarely use an alarm clock (only on critical occasions and then I usually don't need it). I usually get up around 6:00 - 7:00 am.

Now going to bed is a different issue. I usually go through a low time in the afternoon so I cannot get to sleep at night. I often go to bed and then get up again to watch TV because I can't sleep. (TV programs at those hours are pretty bad so I must be desperate!!).

I dont have a regular going to bed time, depends how tired i am from that day. I normally get a bit tired during the afternoon, but if work through it i normally feel much better about 9- 10 pm and set off to bed for about 11pm.

i'm a very early morning person even on days off work i find myself waking up at 6-7am when i was hoping to lie in bit of a nuisance really, but then again i can get more done within that time

I was doing really well for a little while, getting up at 4:30 every morning, and trying to do some exercise about 5:00 AM on the treadmill. That was so I could get my son up at 6:00 and be out the door by 7:00. But I've really let it slip, and now my brother gives me a lift to work, I've been getting up at 6:00, no exercise or anything, getting my son up at 6:30, and getting out the door at 7:30. This means we're always late and stressed in the mornings. I'd like to start getting up early again and exercising.

I'm usually in bed by 11:00 PM.

I dont have a set time for sleeping as I have always suffered from insomnia but I do get up always between 5.30 and 6 because my children are up from about 7 and I like a bit of time to organise myself in the morning:)
