It was found that men with excessive body hair may be associated with higher intelligence.

Normal hair loss varies - but studies indicate that humans loose around 100 - 200 hairs from the scalp a day.
Hair loss in humans is often due to medication, medical procedures, or illness, or normal hair ageing. (Every hair is at a different point in the growth cycle, and we lose hairs every day, regardless of the time of year. This is natural.
Since the average scalp contains abut 125,000 hairs, the loss of 100 is considered insignificant.

Hair growth cycle times:
Head Or Scalp: The time these phases last varies from person to person. Different hair colour and follicle shape effects the timings of these phases also.
Anagen phase: 2–3 years (occasionally much longer)
Catagen Growth phase: 2–3 weeks
Telogen Growth Phase: around 3 months
Eyebrow Hair:
Anagen Growth phase: 4–7 months
Catagen phase: 3–4 weeks Telogen Growth phase: about 9 months
