I suppose sashimi. Really fresh and high quality sashimi is very pricey, but my (Japanese) wife loves it; so we eat lots of raw fish these days. Salmon eggs, and other kinds of fish eggs, are one type of sashimi, and probably the priciest.
Sure, once in a while we go out for a big dinner. If one has a premium steak, say filet mignon or chateubriand, with some vegetables, appetizer, salad, dessert, cocktail, and wine the price can quickly rise to $100 per person in a nice restaurant. So we do that rather rarely.
Mainly our restaurant meals are at Thai or Vietnamese restaurants, which my wife adores. Those can be pricey, but not quite so ruinous.
