Try the manufacturer's website first, they may either have the original installation files, or updated ones. Alternatively, write or email the manufacturer, they may be able to supply a replacement. However there may be a charge involved.

You shouldn't need the disk to connect your other computer using a wireless connection. The disk contains the manual and warranty information only. You can connect to the router with a network cable or by wifi and set it up remotely. Once connected, run your Internet browser and enter the IP address http://192.168.1.1 copy. This will allow you to directly access the set-up of your router. This Quick Guide from Dlink explains in detail how to set-up the router ... no disk required anytime! ftp://ftp.dlink.co.uk/dsl_routers_modems/dsl-g604t/dsl-g604t_QIG_1.00a.pdf copy

To those suggesting he just downloads the drivers.... How do you connect to the internet if you're relying on the wireless for the connection?
I don't know but the question does ask Where would i be able to download
OK, fair point. It also says "on my other computer". One day I'll learn to read the question.
