Is it OK to breed a Blue and White Parti color Pom to a Blue Merle Tri color Pom The Blue merle has a half blue eye if that makes a difference.

Why would the pups be considered mixed breed? Both parents ar Pomeranians.

I would think it would be fine but you couldn't call the resulting offspring pedigree as they will be of mixed breed.

you might have to inform the kennel club of your intentions if the female dog is pedigree, apparently they take exception to creating cross-breeds except under some circumstances, and if you did mate the dog and the female, then her pedigree could be compromised (this is what i've heard). i've included a link to the kennel club for you, just incase.
